Ideal candidate will have experience working independently with minimum support residing local in Gurgaon and willing to travel to Manesar. Position : Manager / Senior Manager - HR Qualification : MBA (HR) Function : HR Generalist Experience : 7+ Years with proven experience of this profile. (Must have an experience of Garment Industry) Location : Manesar (Gurgaon). CTC : Best in the Industry Areas of Expertise: - HR Policy Formulation - Talent Acquisition - Learning &amp; Development - Compensation &amp; Benefits - PMS - Employee Relation &amp; Welfare. - HR-MIS data Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: - Handling Entire Talent Acquisition functions in consultation with Heads of all the departments. - Maintenance of MRF &amp; complete Recruitment cycle for sourcing the best candidate. - Designing Manpower Planning. - Design and imparted Induction &amp; Orientation Programme. - Coordinate in Exit formalities Compensation: - Manager Attendance of all the employees. - Generating database for new joiners &amp; Existing employees. - Control of entire payroll relate activities. - Computing salaries &amp; various allowance. - Handling for pay roll related grievances - Work on joining formalities to separation of employees. - Detail knowledge of pay-roll - Statutory Compliance- ESI,PF,HWF,etc. Performance Appraisal: - Conducting entire Performance appraisal system for all employees of all levels. Learning &amp; Development: - Determining Training needs &amp; maintain annual training calendar. - Organizing various training &amp; development activities for all employees of all levels. - Formulating methods for the review of training evaluation &amp; Effectiveness. - Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes, Employee Relation Management: - Conducting employees engagement activities on monthly basis. - Responsible for generating monthly/ weekly Reports. - Employees welfare polices formulation,CSR Activities. Salary offered - 10-12 LPA
