HR Mgr/Sr Mgr - Employee Engagement
Main Purpose:
To implement and sustain the Employee Engagement roadmap, enhancing the Employee Engagement levels in the organization
Job Summary :
- Implementation and sustenance of the Employee Engagement Roadmap
- Mapping Engagement requirement of the organization to the rollout plan
- Managing Employee Engagement Budget
- Conducting the Engagement Surveys
- Managing New Employee induction for the new joiners
- Induction revamp, Managing Buddy Program, Employee handbooks
- Responsible for planning, collating, tracking and adherence of Event Calendar
- Drive & manage all employee engagement activities
- Prepare and report the detailed Employee Engagement Dashboard.
- Conduct - Rewards & Recognition ceremony to boost employees' morale
- Payroll experience will be added advantage.
