1) Evaluate contemporary practices in view of disruptive and competitive markets, specific skill shortages by specifying changes, organization impact assessment and impact scenario planning for short and long term
2) Transform HR function from operational to strategic including talent pooling, hire-to-retire lifecycle, etc. presenting HRIT Business Case with HR IT Roadmap (Target Interaction Model from Target Operations Model)
3) Develop and translate differentiated strategies for diverse projects to support HR transformation with focus on HR Business Process Design and Change Management Program using different personas/ target groups, heat-mapping in design and implementation phases
4) Support the organization in training to users/participants in the new HR business processes
5) Embed technology/ digital innovations to turnaround employee experience and redesign incumbent processes people-centric approach
6) Digitize the employee experience adapting to their requirements and experiences to improve retention and ROI
7) Plan and create employee services based on interaction models with persona design and automation
8) Explore opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate HR processes and improve HR communication strategies with existing digital tools
