The candidate shall be responsible for end-to-end HR Related activities, that is, for entry to exit of the Education Vertical and must have strong interpersonal skills &amp; senior stakeholder management capabilities. Here are few essential credentials of the position: Position - Sr. Manager/ Manager- HRBP, Education Preferably - Male candidate Experience - 6 to 10 Years Preferred sector- Education, preferably handled multiple Schools. Reporting shall be to the Head of Corporate HR As HR Business Partner for specific verticals, you will be responsible for handling &amp; managing all HR related activities for the schools under this division. - Lead the talent acquisition strategy for the assigned BU &amp; ensure the right talent is hired - Responsible for retention of top talent in the BU &amp; managing attrition - Work with the leadership team of the BU to resolve tactical &amp; strategic people related issues. - Partner with the leadership of the BU to implement training &amp; talent management interventions for the BU - Be the primary point of contact for employees in the BU and address employee queries &amp; grievances - Implement all central HR initiatives seamlessly in the assigned BU like compensation cycles, incentive administration, performance appraisal &amp; budgeting - Structuring compensation and benefit packages. - Support HR Admin and Operations Skills and Experience : - Experience in handling HR for Education is a must. - Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices - Good Communication Skills - Good MS Office skills is non negotiable - Excel &amp; Powerpoint
