Manager/Sr. Manager HRBP role with one of the leading Product Company for Bangalore location.
Exp : 3 - 10 Years
The incumbent will be responsible for Interacting with managers and employees in their current organizations (in a reasonably high volume employee set up) to address employee attrition, engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Occasional travel to various regions
- Employee grievance and query management
- Implementing the employee engagement plan
- Addressing attrition management issues
Candidate Profile :
Specifically, the candidate should have :
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 2+ years
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team
