Note : Looking for candidates with Full Time MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes.

Position : Manager/Sr. Manager

Reporting to : CHRO

Team size : 7-10 direct reportees

Working days : Mon - Fri

Job Role :

1. Lead and support the HR Operation activities on a daily basis and responsible for managing the entire HR-related databases.

2. Accountable for Strategic management and overall operations of HR functions from Hire to Retire including new system role out, HRIS integration, tools to improve performance and productivity.

3. Utilize reporting tools to determine root cause performance issue and work directly with operations team to course correct

4. Participate in various strategy and tactical sessions and provide overall operational direction to support the strategy and vision of the organization

5. Lead and coordinate the talent management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning.

6. Partner with People Partners to understand and advocate regional HR requirements to contribute to the development and evolution of the people experience culture.

7. Use business acumen, HR expertise and local knowledge to proactively anticipate opportunities or issues & develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.

8. Drive a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes a sense of belonging and value where every voice is heard.

9. Partner with HR Product colleagues to create and deliver best in class HR resources, processes and overall experiences.
