Job Description :
Business Partnering with business leaders in the region.
- Driving the performance management, employee engagement, and volunteering initiatives in the region.
- Managing HR operations, onboarding, R&R initiatives, Health & wellness initiatives.
- Driving attrition action planning.
- Connecting with employees and resolving the issues.
- Compliance on documentation on areas; recruitment, DOR, exit clearance, and F&F.
- Coordinate with external vendors on ref-checks, pre-joining medical tests, and internal stakeholders.
- Working on HR projects.
