Manager/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - BPO/KPO/IT (7-16 yrs)
Tier 1 /Tier2 colleges preferred
Business partnering :
- To forecast and plan for short, medium, and long-term headcount needs and work with Talent Acquisition.
- Actively identify areas of improvement in existing processes; identify efficient and drive such changes in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide timely reports and analytics to the Talent Leadership as well as Business leadership.
- Building collaborative working relationships with various Talent.
- Ability to partner with business and provide critical advice for decision making
- Ability to network with relevant stakeholders and build strong relationships, leveraging support from team members and providing them guidance
- Strong project management experience;
- Smart planning and proven execution skills.
- The Business Advisor team partners with the business leaders and various talent leaders to drive the delivery of the firm's Talent strategy and co-create various talent initiatives/organization transformation projects in collaboration with CoE leaders. You will play a key role in helping business drive the overall talent agenda for your designate business function and work with various CoEs on organization transformation projects.
