This position has responsibility for ensuring exceptional HR Business Partner support to one of the business division and taking the lead in ensuring business groups are effectively leading their teams with effective engagement, development, and succession planning. The role reports to the HR Director India.
Expert advice and support to be provided on organisation change management, workforce design and talent management.
The HRBP is to strategically lead a broad range of human resources services and provide Human Resources partnership and advice for their business groups, on areas such as, change management, capability development, diversity and Business Partnering.
