As part of a young organization which is re-imagining consumer journey worldwide in a dynamic sector. Especially in current VUCA World, the incumbent should be comfortable with ambiguity and work in a fast paced organization with responsibility for growth and P&L
- GMV, EBITDA with a P&L Ownership
- End-to-end Product Ownership, Keep evolving and improving the product across multiple development phases
- Responsible for new product launches, strategize, research the market
- Expand to new cities and states
- Define, track, measure, analyze metrics and performance
- Plan Go-To-Market strategy and drive implementation
- Find innovative solutions to the challenges and convert them into opportunities
- Drive Marketing objectives (platform visibility, packaging, displays, consumer promotions and offers)
Educational Qualification & Skills Needed :
- Post Graduate Qualification (MBA or Equivalent degree from a Top Tier college)
- Minimum of 3-6 experience in an FMCG company/ E-Commerce company/Startups
- High energy and self-starter attitude is needed, as the job would involve field work and conducting market visits every month
- Excellent communication with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
