Overview of the Role and Requirements :

- Proactive search for new educational partners who will be interested to open up a franchise center

- Pitching the business model to them and opening new franchise centers across India as per Annual Operating Plan

- Due diligence of the right partner, center location and catchment area

- LOI & Agreement negotiation and execution

Manager/Sr. Manager/ GM - New Business Development

- New center setup and ensure smooth handover to sales and marketing team for execution

- Build and lead a team to accomplish the above

The Successful Applicant :

- 5+ years experience of selling to educational institutions (schools/ colleges/ training partners)

- Fast, focused and committed individuals with an ability to lead a team

- Strengths in building strong relations, Selling and having a strong bias for action

- Can work in an ambiguous, fast-moving work environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions. Should bring long term holistic planning with curiosity and creativity and promote an open culture in the team.
