Manager/Senior Manager - Futures/Options/OTC Clearing - BFS

Looking for experienced in Futures,Options,OTC Clearing within Investment Banks

Designation: Manager/Senior Manager (Supervisory role)

Experience: 10 to 13 years(with atleast 3-5 years people management experience)

Work Location : Hyderabad

Shifts : Late EMEA(NO US Shift)

Skillset : Futures & Options, OTC Clearing, Exposure to GMI & EGUS, Clear vision, People management skills.

Requirements :

- Manage the Listed Futures & OTC Clearing Operation Controls (Team Size 10-15FTE)

- Continuous Improvement of the Operating Environment with regards to STP

- Works closely with other managers within Global Market Operations and Compliance to ensure consistent awareness of changing F&O and OTC Clearing Regulatory environment.

- Partners Closely with Technology, Operations Strategy & Front Office to drive change

Responsible for managing the integrity of day to day controls across 24 EMEA Exchanges cleared & processed by the Operation, liaison with impacted downstream process owners including : -

- Line of Business e.g operational capacity to facilitate client requests

- FCA/EMIR Transaction Reporting

- Client Money and other Control functions

- Exchanges and Industry Forums

- Hire, manage and develop staff.

- Ensure excellent performance in their current role and rotation

- Experience using Sungard GMI system

- Experience with derivative clearing middleware systems, Global Seals, ClearVision, Prysm

- Understand and adapt to regulatory and industry change (with EMIR, Trans Reporting, Client Money, MiFID working knowledge)

- Exhibit the ability to switch between macro and micro operating principles in order to design, lead and adjust the control operating model as the need arises.

Note :

- Looking for candidates who are currently working in Multi National Investment Banks only.

- Should be from BFSI Domain.
