Manager/Senior Manager - HR Technology - Functional Consultant (HR IT) 1. Be the central point of contact for all HR IT related activities ranging from identification of right tools for the various requirements, building the BRD for the requirements, work end to end towards implementation of the tools and be the interface with the vendor partners for maintenance, upgrade and changes to the tool 2. Responsible to be the owner of the HR IT systems and ensure minimum downtime and successful running of the systems 3. Partner closely with the HR Ops team, payroll team, COE and HRBPs to ensure that the various business requirements are met. 4. Provide solutions to the HR IT related concerns and problem statements including, but not limited to tool upgrade, integration of new tools with the existing systems and delivery of project outcomes 5. Must know the Success factors tool architecture and have hands-on experience in using the tool and integrating other tools with the SF backbone 6. Experience of other tools including Service Now, Oracle Fusion, Active directory. 7. Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics 8. Would be good to have worked on some of the HR Analytics tools 9. Basic understanding of the HR processes and functions - Provide process improvement support by analysing current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements. 10. Capture and Analyse business requirements into system requirements and design specifications. 11.Perform system impact analysis and Oversight Operation stability of HR solutions. 12.Plan, track and manage to close the implementation tasks. 13.Ensure the HR solution implemented comply with local regulatory requirements.
