Manager/Senior Manager - FPI Taxation - CA Firm - CA (4-6 yrs)
Salary Offered : 12-17 LPA
We are currently retained by leading CA Firm to hire for Manager/Senior Manager Level FPI role.
Required Experience : 4- 6 Years of Experience in - FPI tax and international tax Corporate Tax & International Tax,
Requirement : CA
Skills required :
1. 4 - 6 years experience in :
- Dealing with FPIs and FIIs in particular and financial services sector more generically
- Must have good knowledge of Financial services sector including FPIs
- Income-tax (domestic and international tax)
- Good knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements
- knowledge on taxation of capital gains and interest income.
- Income tax compliance, planning and advisory for FPIs
- Representation before tax authorities
- Working knowledge on International tax structuring
2. Experience in/exposure to FEMA will be an added advantage
3. Proven leadership abilities
4. Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
5. Very good interpersonal skills
6. Good analytical and process skills
