Manager/Senior Manager - Finnace - CA - Automotive (8-10 yrs)
Looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager Finance for an Automotive client
CA with minimum 8-10 years of experience in F & A in manufacturing industry.
Should be well versed with ERP Navision
(Age preference - 35- 40 years)
Responsibilities
- Direct responsibility for controller-ship and accounting processes. Complete and comprehensive documentation covering the work handled, process documentation (SOPs) and implementing controls.
- Supervising Monthly book close as per Indian GAAP on Tally ERP or other financial software being used by the company
- Preparation of financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
- Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements of the Company under Indian GAAP and consolidated financial statements as per IFRS and other reporting standards.
- Tax planning & advise on corporate tax matters related to international structure and requirements of company
- Ensuring compliance with Company law and all other statutory requirements like direct and indirect taxation and RBI regulations
- Ensure up to date and accurate records of financial accounts and reporting
- Fixed Asset Register maintenance
- Responsible for managing Monthly payroll, payroll set up of new employees and calculate employees' taxes based on declarations/proofs
- Periodic back up and security of data
Other Responsibilities :
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts, payments follow up, Investment of funds in FDR's and Booking of forward contracts
- Customization of management reports through advance technology
- Risk Management
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the business including but not limited to Health, Life, Professional Indemnity, Fire, Director & Officer, Public liability and Fixed asset insurance
- Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements
- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
