Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Reporting - CA

- Preparation of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet

- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows

- Preparation and management of SOPs, Risk control Matrix, Schedule of Authority and other internal controls related tasks.

- Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports

- Financial modelling and analysis

- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained

- Constantly supporting the P&L Head in terms of Business Finance Functional inputs.

- Overseeing Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits.

- Identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures this would include Financial and business and could cover IT.

- Maintenance of Books of Accounts for the Unit

- Assisting Financial controller and CFO in various reporting and analysis

- Supporting the P&L head in terms of Reports

- Team Building & Training

- CA with 4 to 6 years post qualification experience

- Proficient in Ind-AS.

- Hands-on experience in consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.

- Big 4 experience (preferred)

- Proficient in advanced excel, PowerPoint

- Should have handled a team of 5+ members

- Proficiency in operating ERP systems
