We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Lead to oversee financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation for our company-owned restaurants.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning, month-end closing, and risk management.
The ideal candidate will work closely with market finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy in financial statements and drive compliance with reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Equity Stores P&L Review & Analysis:
- Review store-level and market-level P&L statements for company-owned restaurants.
- Identify discrepancies, trends, and variances to provide financial insights.
- Collaborate with market finance planning & operations teams to resolve P&L-related queries on a monthly basis.
Month-End & Period-End Financial Closure:
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and period-end financial closing.
- Validate financial data to ensure consistency with accounting policies.
HFM MD&A Forms & Reporting:
- Review HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis) Forms on a quarterly basis.
- Share finalized reports with the Reporting Team for further consolidation.
Impairment Testing & Financial Risk Management:
- Review impairment testing data on a monthly basis in compliance with US & local accounting standards.
- Submit finalized impairment analysis to the Market Finance Planning Team/CFOs for review and decision-making.
Sales Reconciliation & Debtors Management:
- Oversee sales reconciliation and debtors' aging schedules to ensure accurate reporting.
- Identify and escalate any unusual transactions or aged open items to Market CFOs from a risk management perspective.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance + CA Qualified
- 6-10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance (preferably in the restaurant, retail, or FMCG industries).
- Strong expertise in P&L analysis, financial reconciliation, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (Hyperion, J D Edward, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, financial modelling, and data analysis).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and senior leadership teams.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team to drive performance, collaboration, and goal achievement
Work Mode: Work from office [4 Days in a week] / 5 days as per requirement
Cab facility will be provided restricted to areas [Within 30 Kms of radius]
Work Timing: 06 AM - 10 PM [Rotational]
