Finance, Planning and Analysis(FP&A) manager


Looking to hire Sr Manager FP&A for a global organsiation.

Role Purpose :

- Responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting the Group and Regional clusters financial information as well as consolidating planning and developing forecasts.

- Board and Executive management reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions for the Group.

- Support the Head of FP&A and Head of Business Finance to partner with the business to provide financial expertise (e.g., insights on actual performance) to enable strategic planning and business decision-making across commercial, manufacturing / supply chain and cost management required to achieve operating and financial objectives.

- Supporting the Head of Investor relations with external reporting obligations.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities :

- Forecasts and plans

- Reporting to Board and Executive team

- Prepare detailed analysis

- External reporting

- Performance improvement

- Team player and continuous improvement

Education, Qualifications and Experience :

- A chartered accountant qualification with 10+ years post qualification experience

10 + years of Finance and accounting experience

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are required to share important analysis with senior stakeholders

- Strong analytical skills, Excel, and SAP knowledge

- Good English language skills, both verbal and written

- Experience of the challenges, requirements and obligations of a large listed business

- Experience in previous Group level roles

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & planning processes and better practices.

- Ability to effectively interface with various levels of management

Location:

Remote Working

- Candidate should have performed Group role and not subsidiary role - head office type experience is important, requirements to a group role vs a subsidiary role will be different

- Experience with Group budget and forecast processes - evidence that they could own and run large parts of these processes

Industry/ company experience - listed company with global c50 locations, multiple - currencies/jurisdictions
