One of our leading IT Product clients in Hyderabad is looking females for Manager / S. Manager - FP&A Roles.

Background Qualifications: CA/ ICWA/MBA

Finance Experience: 11 years of Corporate experience in /finance/analytics

Competencies:

- Good communicator

- Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results

- Eye for Detail

- Ability to work with Global teams.

- Self-motivated / Result oriented / Open to learning new technologies

- Managing team of 10 to 12 employees

- Interpersonal Skill to Guide and Motivate team members

- Shift; 12PM to 9PM or 3PM to 12 AM IST

Skill set:

- Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting

- Good Knowledge of MS office- Excel, Power Point

- Knowledge of SAP (desirable)

- Knowledge of automation tools ; VBA/Alteryx/Python/RPA (desirable)

Responsibilities/tasks:

- Manage forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Strategic Business Planning processes.

- Input of budget, capital plan, and forecast data into respective system(s).

- Gather and evaluate relevant financial, operating, contractual data, and working capital implications of proposed business transactions.

- Establish basic business and economic assumptions and guidelines underlying the development of forecasts, the annual financial plan, and the strategic plan

- Fulfill various ad hoc reporting requirements.

- P&L Ownership for Sub BU / Functions

- Lead Month close reporting , Analytics

- Provide fast, actionable & accurate analysis

- Continuous Process Improvement and Automation

- Providing guidance to team members are required

- Ensure deliverables are meet up meet on time and with Accuracy

- Ad hoc analytics with Finance and BU leaders

- Building Plan and Forecast along with Operation leaders

- Scenario building for forecasting and analytics
