Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Insurance

Urgently hiring Sr. Manager-FP& A, for a Gurgaon based MNC.

What you will be doing:

- Responsible for detailed review of P&L along with variance analysis and ensuring the integrity of the Business Unit's monthly results

- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process

- To assist in the validation and processing of journals as required, in an accurate and timely manner to achieve month end close

- Ensuring accurate and timely charging of both internal and external charges in order to meet the accounting deadlines and track performance

- Ensure all processes are executed accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate detailed analysis

- Preparing adhoc reporting as requested by Management for business support and decision making

- Should be a quick learner

What you will bring to the Team:

- Chartered Accountant and/or MBA in Finance

- Excellent comprehension skills

- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- Advanced excel skills and comfortable working on ERPs
