Our client, a non-profit health care system operating multiple hospitals across multiple geographies headquartered in the USA, is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager with deep analytical and business insights expertise to play an integral role in driving financial impact across the organization. This role will focus on thoroughly understanding business drivers underlying financial results, while also relentlessly seeking to uncover value and driving impact. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can work through ambiguity, proactively solve problems, drive data-driven insights to inform decision making and resource allocation.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

- Lead the development of actionable insights and analyses in written, graphical, and verbal formats to inform and empower senior leadership across the organization.

- Present executive quality financial and operational performance insights to leadership teams. This includes monitoring and analyzing business health, P&L trends, and key drivers across the system, regions, and lines of businesses.

- Build a portfolio of analytical processes and deliverables aimed at proactively identifying and monitoring business risks and opportunities as well as value-creating business insights.

- Deliver comprehensive P&L analysis, insights, and forward-looking guidance to senior management, rating agencies, and the board of directors

- Collaborate with analysts to build necessary data sets, visualizations, and analyses to craft impactful stories to influence decisions across the health system.

- Design and implement self-service business intelligence capabilities (i.e. Tableau and -Power BI views and advanced Knowledge of Excel) for the organization around financial and operating performance and drivers.

- Contribute to the creation of FP&A best practices for planning, forecasting, and analytics.

- Demonstrate skills in project plan design and implementation; directing projects, coordinating the work of operational teams, and managing the project budget, and effectively manages to project deadlines and escalates issues as appropriate

Who are we looking for?

- Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment



- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met, and the work is successfully completed within deadlines.

- People from start-up, Tech, and Healthcare will be preferred
