Reporting to: CFO

Experience Required: 6 -10 years with at least 3+ years role in a global Consumer organization

Education: CA first attempt / MBA Finance from a premier B-School

Job Profile :

Financial Reporting :

- Prepare monthly management and statutory reports within strictly defined timelines

- Maintain and review existing financial reporting systems to meet management requirements, and to make recommendations and implement relevant process improvements for the corporate accounting function.

- Financial/Management reporting

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement

Financial Analysis:

Provide a source of financial expertise, business knowledge to assure sound P&L financial analysis to ensure sound business results. Recommendations and action programs in assignments involving a wide range of finance activities.

Business Partnership:

- Provide accurate, timely and detailed analysis including various scenario working, to help senior leadership take informed decisions. Prepare forecast financials with detailed analysis of change and reconciliations. Prepare latest estimates and 3-5 strategic business plan.

- Closely work with marketing team for new product launches (innovation & renovation project), pack price architecture & A&P spends.

- Provide financial expertise, business knowledge to assure robust P&L financial analysis to ensure sound business results. Give recommendations and action programs in assignments involving a wide range of finance activities.

Reconciliation:

Ensure the integrity of monthly financial statements is maintained by conducting detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure the financial records accurately reflect the current status of transactions and events.

Inventory Reporting:

- Prepare, analyse and provide advice on monthly inventory records, including evaluation, provision and physical inventory stock taking. Including at 3rd Party manufacturers.

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.

- World Class Finance: Identify and make recommendations that optimise business processes and improve financial and other internal controls.
