Urgent Hiring || Leading MNC || Manager/ Sr. Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
We will count on you for (Key Responsibilities) :
- Analyze basic financial data and quantitative analysis, in order to support sound and defensible recommendations.
- Reviews and conducts simple analysis of financial planning information and reports, and makes recommendations for changes to management.
- Conducts basic audit activities, in order to comply with requirements.
- Maintains best practices policies, in order to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicates with management on a consistent basis, to ensure sound fiscal management.
- Assists in the month end close process by preparing recurring/standard and ad hoc reports, researching general ledger activities and variances to budget and prior year.
- Evaluates financial plans by identifying financial outcomes and potential returns.
- Assists in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts; tracks and reports initiatives.
- Prepares financial planning information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Improves financial planning job knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
Note: Applicants should be flexible working providing coverage in shifts if needed.
What you need to have:
- Degree in finance, accounting, business or economics
- Relevant business experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar area
- Ability to understand and articulate financial impact or decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Show initiative and contribute to a continuous improvement environment
- Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly proficient in data analysis and data extraction and manipulation
- Comfortable presenting to regional team members; able to appropriately challenge team.
- Proven track record of delivering to deadlines
- Active team player with the ability to work across geographies
- Be open for new challenges and willing to undertake additional responsibilities
Eligibility:
- Minimum 7 years' experience overall
- Should have at least "On track" or equivalent rating in last appraisal
- Should not be under any Performance Counselling Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
