1. This role will be responsible for delivering the BU objectives of DSO and absolute debtors. The role requires closely working with the business team to ensure that debtors are within manageable limits.It will entail budgeting, continuous reporting and reviewing the business performance.

2. The role requires Credit control management through Credit Limits, Credit policy, frequent reviews with business teams, enablement of partners wrt payments, auto reconciliations, settlements etc.

4.1 Credit Control

i) Drive Credit policy to ensure Credit limits are in place and reviewed periodically

ii) Debtors review meeting with sales team to drive actionables and keep track of progress

4.2 Management Reporting

Prepare monthly reports on Debtors e.g. Ageing, Closed clients, DSO by segment. Highlight trends and burning issues.

4.3 Performance Monitoring

i) Review of BU expenses and control over the spend to keep full year spend - budget

ii) Analyze receivables summary along with ageing, Raise flags at appropriate stage-gates for follow up on overdues and inventory liquidation

4.4 Business Partnering

i) Support business through reconciliations of critical clients, Invoice settlements in ERP

ii) Responsible for all AR related issues and processes to ensure proper checks and balances are in place

4.5 Audit & Compliance:

i) Ensure no re-raised audit observations, reduction in audit observations

ii) Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely closing and sign off of all requirements
