Manager/Sr.Manager-FPA (Open Industry)

Section I : Job Purpose

- To support the business leaders and internal finance team in evaluating and driving business performance and take well-informed and commercially viable decisions through appropriate analytics/MIS and support in M&A activities of the company.

- The position reports to Head- Business Finance.

Section II : Key Responsibilities

Finance Reporting and Analysis :

- Annual Budgeting, Monthly Performance Review , Variance Analysis , Forecast and Tracking.

- Timely Interaction with internal stake holders to provide visibility on the business performance through preparation of relevant dashboards.

- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators in all areas of revenue, Margin, operating costs, marketing and capital expenditures to understand business performance.

- Build Budgetary controls and tracking mechanism.

- Partner with Business and Senior Leadership to monitor and drive the business performance.

M&A and Fund Raising Initiatives (Mandatory) :

- Work closely with the Bankers to keep the company ready for the fund raising activities including providing necessary information to institutions.

- Assist in the due diligence and transaction procedures preceding strategic acquisitions ,as well as in the integration process post acquisition.

- Others work along with investor relations team and drive internal process to ensure effective communications with external audience.

- Be a champion of digital tool adoption and automation within the team.

Section III : Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Educational Qualifications :

- Post Graduation (MBA /PGDM ) from top tier colleges / CA .

Years of Experience :

- 5-6 years post qualification Other Requirements.

- High Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in relatively unstructured environments

- Strong verbal and written communication and Interpersonal skills .

- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of projects.

- Ability to function independently, prioritize on a real-time basis and manage multiple stakeholders .

- An excellent sense of financial planning and accounting principles

- Strong understanding of data analytics and front-end visualization, with drill down on the fly.
