Key Job Profile:

- Identification of key Financial due diligence issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis.

- Preparation of Financial due diligence reports, including review of sections compiled by other team members on the job.

- Lead on ground due diligence teams and first point of contact for the client.

- To actively participate in compiling proposals/business development activities.

- Analysis of a business, assessing the key issues facing the business and the drivers behind maintainable profits and cash flows, identifying the key financial risks and potential deal breakers of the transaction.
