Job Description (Generic) :

- End to end client management and have worked as a single point of contact with clients

- Evaluated the robustness of the target company's financial/business performance encompassing a detailed analysis of Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flows, MIS, budgets, product & geographic margins, evaluated product pricing & costing, capex evaluation, debt analysis.

- Evaluated the operating trends and ratios, quality of earnings, maintainability of profitability, working capital & cash flows considerations, net debt considerations, potential liabilities

- Identified the commercial & financial risks which impact valuation and risks which require representation, warranties & indemnities from target companies

- Reviews of Internal Financial Controls

- Evaluated compliance with the GAAP and its impact on the deal parameters.

- Critical evaluation of numerous financial models/business plans, budgets and forecasts across various industry sectors

- Preparing and reviewing financial due diligence reports, databooks for the clients detailing out the key risks involved in the transactions, recommending ways to mitigate the risks so that the investor makes a well-informed investment decision

- Assist clients in negotiating the purchase price consideration with the buyer based on the findings of the financial due diligence

- Conducting numerous interviews of the candidates up to Associate Director level

- Responsible for business development by meeting new clients, existing clients, preparing proposals and training process of the organization and mentoring the people

- Interviewing and liaising with statutory and internal auditors to understand the methodology adopted to conduct their work
