Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Big4

Our client is a Big 4 advisory firm.

As a Manager / Senior Manager in the FDD practice, you are expected to -

- Develop a deep understanding of the target business and its drivers

- Assess data accuracy and reasonableness of assumptions, follow-up directly with clients and third-parties appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve anomalies

- Perform financial analysis on data provided to identify issues

- Interpret, evaluate and analyse publicly available information on the target business; and Prepare quality deliverables (including Excel and PowerPoint documents) within agreed timelines

- Work on a variety of deals including cross border transaction across various industry verticals

- To provide support/assistance for proposals/business development activities

Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a good business school

- Transaction experience/exposure would be an advantage.

- Knowledge of the Indian GAAP, knowledge of IFRS would be an added advantage

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using MS-excel to process and analyse large volume of data.

- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
