Looking for Manager / Sr. Manager with

In-depth knowledge of

- Global Business Services (GBS) / Global in-house captives (GICs) / Shared Services & Outsourcing advisory/ Outsourcing & Offshoring

- Finance Strategy & Transformation

- Finance Operational Excellence (expertise in core finance processes including P2P, R2R, O2C, A2R)

- Business diagnostics

Expertise in two or more of the areas listed -

- Go-to-Market strategy

- Performance improvement of internal operations

- Service sourcing, RfP process

- Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup

- Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements

In-depth understanding of the current economic and business environment

Job specs -

- 8-10+ years of relevant experience post-MBA

- MBAs preferably from premier institutes such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc. with a solid academic background

- Consulting background or industry background (business excellence or functional role) preferred with significant expertise in at least two or more of the areas listed - Go-to-Market strategy, business planning, performance improvement of internal operations, service sourcing, outsourcing/offshoring strategy

- Demonstrated experience in business development
