MANAGER/ SR. MANAGER FINANCE Regulatory Reporting (NHB)

Position - Mumbai

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Vice President - Finance

QUALIFICATION: CA

EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years of experience in regulatory reporting

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Finalizing Returns for NHB (~ 15 to 17 returns on a quarterly basis within first 15 days) and monthly returns (~4/5 returns within first 10 days of the month)

- Revise returns for NHB

- Follow up with stakeholders for data requirements and validation of data being submitted to NHB, also reconciling data with Financials

- Respond to adhoc regulatory submission requirements

- Respond to regulatory queries

- Indent preparation for NHB audits

- Working on automation of Finance Central

- Respond to adhoc requests for requirements within the organization

- Preparation of approx 50 NHB disclosures on an annual basis and 2/3 disclosures on a quarterly basis

- Creating sharepoint for repository of all regulatory filings done along with backup files
