Manager/Senior Manager - Finance - IT/BFS

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible to manage and drive financial controls, statutory and regulatory compliances, accounting and audits, accounts payable, payroll, and treasury functions in line with the organization's guidelines.

- Supervise the accounts payable and payroll functions and manage the preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports for senior management.

- Responsible for leading the firm wide budget and forecasting process.

- Responsible for analyzing expense trends, creating financial/non financial dashboards, and simulation models to meet dynamic business requirements.

Basic qualifications

- A good knowledge of Indian GAAP/IndAS and tax rules and regulations requirements

- A prior proven track record of being a financial controller in a large MNC

- A good exposure to accounting activities using an ERP system

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, keen attention to detail

- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

- Prior experience in managing and mentoring teams

- The ability to work under pressure and with tight, non-negotiable timelines
