Position : Finance Manager/Sr. Manager

Qualification : CA

- Perform financial closing activity in close co-ordination with the business teams.

- Perform financial reporting and responsible for monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts.

- Conduct review of books of account/documents/Loan management system; in order to ensure effective finance and cost management with compliance to all applicable laws.

- Demonstrate appropriate understanding and working knowledge of accounting principles, direct and indirect taxation, company law and RBI regulations.

- Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures and internal controls are in place, documented and operating as intended.

- Facilitating in the fundraising activity of the company.

- Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders.
