Background of ASA

ASA is in the business of supporting funding requirements of Real Estate Companies. ASA represents the lending institutions and does a due diligence of the target real estate companies. Their diligence report provides a comfort to the lending institutions and basis ASA's report the institutions invest the funds.

Once the invest is completed, ASA supports the lending companies to monitor the utilization of funds

Role - Manager / Senior Manager (Fund Monitoring)

- ASA is looking for a senior person to head the monitoring side of the business. This person would have following responsibilities.

- Manage the funds utilization for 20+ projects at any given time

- Manage the PAN India operations

- Manager a team of 6-8 ppl

Experience / background in auditing - Statutory audit / Internal audit / Compliance audits.

- Preferably BFSI Domain

- CA with 5-7 years of experience
