Manager/Senior Manager - Finance Control - Online/Internet

- You will be managing the controllership function for one of the Indian entities.

- You will be responsible for managing and driving financial controls, statutory and regulatory compliances, accounting and audits, accounts payable, payroll, and treasury functions in line with the organization's guidelines.

- You will be collaborating with multiple teams, the Board of Directors, and internal and external stakeholders (vendors, bankers, auditors, consultants, etc.).

- Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of accounting and month-end processes and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (including direct taxes, indirect taxes, corporate laws, STPI regulations, and other applicable laws).

- Furthermore, you will supervise the accounts payable and payroll functions and manage the preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports for senior management. You will be responsible for leading the firm-wide budget and forecasting process.

- Additionally, you will analyze expense trends, create financial/non-financial dashboards, and develop simulation models to meet dynamic business requirements. You will also cater to various ad-hoc requests based on business requirement
