Qualification - CA (First attempt) Experience - 8 - 10 years experience with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in controllership, financial closure, audit and tax functions from manufacturing industry with multiple locations Skills - Experience in Audit / IFRS / SOX / IFC, Working knowledge of ERP - SAP system, Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Responsibilities - Ensure strong systems and controls in finance - no critical findings in Internal Audit - Support in Internal Finance controls and ensure gaps are fixed for the SBU - Be the conscience keeper of the company setting high ethical and integrity practices and standards - Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, fixed assets and Revenue Recognition - Timely and accurate closure of subsidiary books/related party transactions. - Conduct BSR to ensure clean and strong balance sheet - Ensure Cash flow projections and analysis - Ensure working capital management with regular reviews on receivables, inventory and payables. - Provide and coordinate for all statutory tax related compliance for the SBU
