Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate Group - CA (5-8 yrs)
We are hiring for a professionally managed young real estate development group. The Team comprises of experienced real estate professionals. The Group is focused on enabling a quality lifestyle to the ever evolving and aspiring consumers.
The company has been developing land mark projects in Mumbai for more than last two decades. The portfolio of the group consists of more than 10 completed projects covering more than 25 lacs SF of built up area in prime locations in Mumbai such as Sion, Andheri, Goregaon etc.
The firm seeks to hire a smart Chartered Accountant with
Education - Chartered Accountant
Work Experience - 5 to 8 years post qualification
Location - Andheri, Mumbai
Industry preference - Real Estate (Mandatory)
The scope of work will include but would not be limited to:
- Leading the Accounting practice
- Implement the best practices with respect to accounting systems and processes
- Ensure the Reconciliation of books of accounts and various statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports/dashboards
- Review and release online banking payments
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support
- Manage the full financial process
- Prepare an expense budget report
- Fully compliant as a tax practitioner
- Filing of corporate tax returns
- Experience in providing financial advice
