We are looking to hire a Manager/ Sr Manager - Finance and Accounts for their Mumbai Corporate office in north-eastern Mumbai, the hub of Mumbai Metroplolis

Need a CA with 7- 12 years of experience in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

- Ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded

- Reviewing journal entries

- Prepares & reviews Financial forecasts, Budgeting & MIS

- Account balance reconciliations

- Report preparation

- Finalization of company's financials as per applicable laws

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes

- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

- Co-ordination with Internal and Statutory auditors to ensure effectively and timely audits

- Debtors management

- Vendors' management

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

- Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to discover and prevent frauds

- Co-ordination with tax team to ensure all statutory compliances

- Payments of GST, TDS, PF, Professional tax, MLWFs.

- Timely submission of various statements & documents.

- Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents

- Preparation of budgets, cash flows, MIS etc.
