Location - Bangalore Educational Qualification - Qualified CA Essential Responsibilities : - Coordination to ensure Group Statutory audit completion. - Coordination to ensure Group Tax audit completion. - Coordination to ensure Direct Tax returns filing. - Assessments with the help of Tax advisor. - Group consolidation of Financials. - Transfer Pricing Assessments with the help of Tax advisors. - Support to Group companies (India and Overseas) in all direct Tax matters. - Any other activities as advised by the Dept., Head. Experience & Requirements : - Must be a Chartered Accountant of having minimum 10 to 15 years post qualification experience. - Must be well versed with INDAS/IFRS (Expert knowledge). - Sound knowledge on Direct Taxation including Transfer Pricing. - Should be a team player. - Should possess leadership qualities.
