Manager/Senior Manager - Exports Finance - Agrochemical Firm

A leading Agrochemical organization is looking for :

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager Exports Finance

Exp. - 7+ yrs

Qualification: CA (Max. 3rd attempt) , MBA Finance

Location : Hyderabad/Secunderabad

Reports To:Head of Exports

Mandatory -

1. Exposure to Subsidiary accounting and Evaluation of M&A opportunities for subsidiaries, cross -border experience

2. Knowledge of agrochemical industry will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the following :

1. This position will be responsible to provide financial analysis and support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis of Exports function. Reporting on cost variance and trends. Support in data analysis with respect to procurement and opportunities for cost optimization.

2. Key Skills:

- Financial planning & reporting, internal controls, Profit and Loss management, Audit, Strategic planning (Budgeting, MIS, Costing) as well as finance management.

- Exposure to Subsidiary accounting and Evaluation of M&A opportunities for subsidiaries

- Business acumen and understanding of macro / biz drivers

- Deep analytical skills and right attention to details

- Working knowledge of SAP system & Excel

- Interdepartmental coordination with Regulatory, R&D, Production and Supply-chain.

- Ensure timely collections from the customers.
