The role is best suited for a candidate who would be keen to pursue "Fund Raising" and "Business Development / Client Coverage" with an experience of having worked closely with Banks/NBFCs/Other Financial Institutions. Some of the key deliverable would be; 1. Candidate is expected to have an experience and do extensive "Client Coverage / Business Development", including on-boarding of existing relationships and associations. 2. Preparation of Investment Memorandums, Investment Notes, Bank Notes, 3. Handle end-to-end activities related to for Fund Raising, largely focused on Debt/Structured Debt/Mezzanine Finance/Promoter Buy-backs/Equity. 4. Coverage and on-boarding of various channel partners and associates. 5. Establishing new relations with financial institutions, including Banks/NBFCs/Funds/ARCs/Other Financial Institutions. The candidate is expected to have prior experience and network of such institutions. 6. Prepare MIS Reports and Market intelligence reports. 7. Prepare and undertake select sector analysis. An ideal candidate should have the following profile; 1. Graduate with minimum 6 years of full-time work experience or a Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of full-time work experience. 2. Post-Graduate or a Professional Degree (CA, CFA) would be given preference. 3. Prior Experience of Corporate Finance or Project Finance or Fund Raising (Debt/Structured Debt) is a must. Prior experience in fund raising for the Real Estate Sector would be an added advantage. Candidates who have Equity Fund Raising experience, but willing to pursue a career in Debt/Structured Debt may also apply. 4. Prior experience of Client Coverage & Business Development is a must. 5. Candidates with Business Development experience for MSME Sector clients in a Bank/NBFC/Financial Institutions would be an added advantage. 6. Excellent Research and MS Office Skills (including Financial Modelling, PPT etc.) are required. 7. Extremely Fluent in English 8. Candidate must be willing to travel.
