Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk - Life Insurance Firm (2-10 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading private sector Life Insurance Company. It is listed on National stock exchange (NSE) and Bombay stock exchange (BSE).
Designation : Manager/Senior Manager-ERM-Financial Risk
Reporting to : AVP
Role :
- Preparing presentation for risk committees including risk reports & Economic Capital reporting.
- Assessing efficacy of fraud detection tools.
- Monitoring of mortality risk.
- Monitoring of persistency risk.
- Monitoring of expense risk.
- Assessing concentration risk across channels as well as at overall level.
- Development / Re-calibration of predictive model for demographic risk (such as mortality risk, early claims propensity model etc.).
- Review of resilience testing results.
Qualification / Experience (No of years & type) :
- CA/ FRM/Post Graduate with working knowledge in enterprise risk management
- Relevant experience of at least 3- 5 years.
- Good understanding of risk assessments methodologies.
Other competencies:
- Independent and proactive approach to work; ability to learn and adapt new areas.
- Good written, communication and presentation skills.
- Project management skills.
- eDemonstrate effective time management skills and ability to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
