Manager/Senior Manager ER for Leading Auto OEM Company @ Chittoor (AP)

Hiring for Manager/ Senior Manager ER for Leading Auto OEM Company @ Chittoor (AP). Mandatory - AP (Domicile). 

Qualification - MBA/MSW/MHRM + Law degree. Strong experience in Legal and ER matters of Plant.

 Job Description:

1. INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS - Ensure a peaceful and harmonious relationship with workmen to enable Unit to meet its uninterrupted operation plans.

2. PERSONNEL MANPOWER - Periodical review of manpower strength, right sizing and performance review of all workmen, skill development and promotions, administration of employee participative schemes.

3. WELFARE - Administration of Statutory and non-statutory welfare measures and schemes

4. WAGE & SALARY ADMIN - Organize timely payment to workmen and contract labour as per statutory requirement and as per policy laid down by the plant.

5. LEGAL MATTERS AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS - Ensure that all cases related to legal and disciplinary are contested with all supporting evidence in favour of the Company to enable the smooth working of Plant

6. STATUTORY COMPLIANCES - Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with in time as per Factory and Labour Laws.

7. LIAISON WITH GOVT OFFICIALS - Ensure harmonious relationship with Government officials, local administration to maintain brand image
