Role Purpose : - Strategize the engagement plan for the organization in sync with the HR and Organization vision. - Drive the engagement initiatives with intent of touching each and every employee of the organization. - Roll out the employee engagement initiatives in the regions in coordination with the Regional Heads. - Responsible for roll out of the engagement initiatives in the corporate office. - Reviewing and Benchmarking the engagement and fun at work initiatives at regular intervals. - Owner of the HR communication channels for the organization - Handling employee engagement survey for the organization and rolling out the action plan - Working as creative partner for the other HR verticals. - Active participation in the roll out of Performance Management System - Policy benchmarking. - Support in HR operations for Corporate Office : employee background check, exit interview, query handling, attrition analysis. Candidate Profile : MBA-Reputed B-School with min 3+ Years Experience post MBA into Employee Engagement/Talent Management.
