Manager/Senior Manager - Emerging Leader Programme - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/ICB

This is a role for experienced, high-performing professionals with rich industry experience post MBA, with the capability and passion of working across high-growth businesses.

ROLE - 

- Work directly with one of the leaders from Core Leadership team

- Work on all critical areas of their core function/business

- Focus on building competence in the core areas

- Work on cross-functional assignments, if required

- Prepare detailed business plan for strategic discussions with internal/ external stakeholders

- Working with the executive team to develop ideas and proposals, conducting initial reviews, and driving a cohesive company strategy

- Develop communication for board and company meetings

- Be the eyes and ears of the respective leader, represent him in internal and external meetings when required, take urgent decisions in his absence etc

Requirements:

- Engineering from Premium Institutes + MBA from IIM A,B,C, L & ISB Only

- Experience: 2.0 to 7.0 years of post-MBA experience in any industry

- Strong business sense with good analytical skills required

- Strong Microsoft Excel alongside good management reporting and presentation skills

- Strong verbal and written business communication

- Experience of working in an extended (offshore-onshore) global team model would be an added advantage
