Position : Head-E Commerce !! FMCG

Location : Mumbai/Delhi

Educational Qualifications : Must be an MBA in Marketing From A Reputed Institution

Experience Required :

1) Total Experience of 10-20 years (3-5 years of exclusive experience in managing E Com channels)

2) FMCG experience would be preferred but adjacent categories like Perfume OR personal Grooming products, Fashion can also be evaluated

3) Should be well versed with the ways of E Com working, Channel Relationships

4) Understanding of Variables that influence purchase in E Com

5) Search Marketing On E Com

6) Browse Marketing Tools & Properties in E Com

7) Terms of trade by channels and competitive understanding

8) Development of JBPs

Key Accountabilities :

- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio

- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives

- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities

- Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio

- Deliver the committed business plan for the FY

- Efficiently planning & expenditure of agreed investments

- Gather shopper Insights

- Collaborate with marketing to develop shopper mktg and category mktg plans in Ecom

- Develop Joint Business Plan with partners broken down into quarter and months

- Feed Product Development Ideas thru category Insights gathered thru channel partners and tracking competitor activity.
