Revenue & Business:
- Achievement of targeted top line for E-commerce channel.
- Setting up of E-commerce Business Processes / Best Practices for the organization.
- Responsible for E-commerce marketing budget and ROI.
- Responsible for brand building & awareness through digital mediums
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop channel strategy, plans, budgets, and forecasts to increase brand presence to drive disruptive growth for the organization.
- Drive strategies for retention of consumers over long-term period
- Lead overall e-Commerce strategy and drive execution including but not limited to supply chain, pricing, merchandising, customer promotions, content, SEO/SEM and analytics
- Continuously measure effectiveness and ROI of initiatives and apply learnings in ongoing strategies and plans.
- Creating Content for driving engagement
- Analyzing Marketing data - Impression/ Clicks / CTR/ Sales & deciding on the new strategies
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of parent needs and of local market trends and developments to formulate marketing strategies.
- Apply customer and market insights combined with creative thinking to define and shape the proposition to maximize appeal and relevance.
- Develop the whole digital marketing strategy including pricing, multi- channel communications plan and parent engagement programs to support enrolment growth.
- Define effective parent/consumer engagement strategies and own the overall parent/consumer experience across all marketing.
- Develop and execute effective PR initiatives across digital and off-line channels which build positive brand awareness.
- Plan and execute effective and cost-effective brand awareness campaigns.
