We have an immediate requirement for our client - an MNC Consulting Firm Position : Manager / Senior Manager - Due Diligence Location : Gurgaon CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS ONLY NEED TO APPLY EXPERIENCE (at least one or more of the below) 1. Financial Due Diligence (for private equity and M&amp;A) 2. Restructuring KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Executing and managing projects in the Transaction Support practice 2. Managing and training Analysts/Associates 3. Identifying deal issues and making recommendations for mitigation. Preparing key financial analysis of normalized EBITDA, target working capital, level of indebtedness 4. Preparing data books, due diligence reports, business models etc. 5. Identifying and developing business opportunities with Partners &amp; Directors 6. Assistance in business development including preparation of pitches, proposals and other marketing materials 7. Work on other projects across service lines REQUIREMENTS : 1. 5 - 7 or more years of experience in Diligence team of a Big 4 accounting firm 2. Chartered Accountant 3. Excellent MS Office skills 4. Strong analytical, accounting and valuation expertise 5. Key skills: Accounting, Auditing, Financial due diligence, Financial analysis, Financial Modeling 6. Candidates with prior experience of financial due diligence and audit would be preferred 7.
