Manager/Senior Manager - Distribution Finance - Life Insurance

Our client is a well-established Life Insurance company and is a joint venture between India's leading Financial Services Company along with the World's one of the most diversified and oldest Multinational Financial services organizations.

Job role : Manager/ Sr. Manager - Distribution Finance

Reporting : AVP

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose : To implement governance framework for Distribution Finance and operationalize Distribution Finance SLAs.

Responsibilities :

- To maintain life cycle tracker of existing and new relationships

- To keep close track of all budget lines and align with Finance records

- To exercise budgetary control across Distribution Channels

- To recon with Channel partners & KAMs

- To ensure smooth workflow from cross functional departments

- To administer defined SLAs across processes

- To ensure timely execution of initiatives and support to Channels

- To ensure Query Management

Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience : 5 - 10 years

Functional Competencies :

- Proficiency in excel

- Knowledge of Sales Channel models

- Cross functional processes (Finance, Compliance, Legal, Audit & Ops)
