- Domain Knowledge - The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking / NBFC OR Consulting industry. Specifically in areas such as Corporate, SME, Retail Banking, Digital Banking and Operations.

- Hands on experience in running P&L related to payments and in working with technology and operations related to banking

- Sound understanding of the financial services (banking and NBFC) market and regulatory environment in India

- Additional experience in payments / remittances and working knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable

- Sound understanding of the digitization in Banking / NBFC - digital lending, digital operations

Skills : 

- In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking industry

- Expertise in areas such as - Go to Market Strategy /Business planning / hands on experience of performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Good leadership qualities

- Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts

- Program management, multi-tasking and time management skills

- Good experience in business development

- Excellent people management skills

- Sharp focus on quality delivery

- Ability to develop / customize solutions relevant to client

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech / CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, ISB, MDI, FMS, XLRI, NITIE, SP Jain, etc.) with a good academic background

Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of relevant post MBA experience

- Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background with significant expertise
