Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities -

- Formulate strategy for digital transformation of business operations

- Strategize new digital opportunities, pilots and scale-up plans for new ideas

- Establish CRM and digital campaign led customer connect for the business

- Product development and Monetization of digital platforms in agri-business parlance

- Evolve the customer loyalty programme : Track competitive product development, review customer insights and use them to evolve the program in features, reach to customers, communication and channel involvement so as to attract new customers & retain existing customers

- Build customer insights - Data analytics on the customer purchase behavior, customer interaction (web, app & call center) and on the channel performance. Leverage analytics to support profitable business growth.

- Campaign Development & Management - Implement campaigns for customers & channels to drive enrollment, activation and retention. Manage these campaigns to achieve the stated objectives

- Drive sales of Agri & Allied portfolio through cross selling and upselling by leveraging digital methods

- Manage call center operations for agriculture sector

- Drive Synergy across IT & business operations

Key Skills

Mandatory:

- Project Management expertise

- Experience of CRM platforms : Salesforce, Netsuite,Microsoft Dynamics etc.

- Certificate/ Degree in Analytics/ Data science

- Cross functional collaboration (Experience of leading a CFT a bonus)

- Delivery experience in digital project

- 2 years in a CRM role with experience of having driven a CRM project

Preferred:

- Strategic mindset

- Agri/Rural management exposure

- Problem Solving skills

- Data Management, Visualization etc. added bonus
